After working for a municipal office in the filed of HR and statistics, Mika worked at a tax accountant office in Tokyo. Mika was broadly responsible for accounting and taxation for corparations and medical facalties.
Since 2015, Mika moved to New York and have been involved in accounting and taxation in the United States, at a local accounting firm in New York.

After returning to Japan in 2018, Mika worked at several tax accountant offices in Tokyo, extensively engaging in accounting and taxation for corporations, medical faculties, schools, and foreign-affiliated companies. Mika also provided various advisory services, such as IPO for startups and ventures.

In 2021, Mika established a tax accountant office. and provided tax and accounting services to a number of corporation and individuals.
